Rick and Di’s Maple Garlic Tenderloin

Maple garlic pork tenerloin…buckle up because that’s some seriously good eat’n right there!!!

Ingredients

  • 2 pork tenderloins (about 1# each)
  • 3 garlic cloves çrushed
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil

Pork rub

  • 2 tablespoons garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper

…Mix Rub ingredients.

Maple garlic sauce

  • 3 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup Springboro Tree Farms Maple syrup

…Mix sauce ingredients in small bowl

Directions

Season both loins on all sides with rub mixture let sit 5 minutes.

Place cast iron skillet over medium heat, when skillet is hot, brown loins on all sides.

Add crushed garlic to skillet and let cook 1 minute then carefully add sauce to skille and bring sauce up to simmer, as sauce is heating turn pork to coat all sides.

Remove pork from skillet and place in oven safe pan, bake in 350 degree oven for 10 minutes or internal temperature of 150 degrees.

Remove from oven, place on cutting board and cover and then let rest for 5 minutes.

While pork is in oven, turn skillet to low and stir cooking until sauce in thick.

After resting slice pork and place on platter, drizzling sauce on top.
